Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager certified in project management to join our team. Initially, as we have yet to launch, the ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing strategic objectives, and then distilling corporate strategy into salient actionable points. Then as time progresses, the teammate will be tasked with overseeing and implementing social media campaigns, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content and strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
2. Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.
3. Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
5. Utilize project management principles and methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and analysts, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
7. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on social media performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and project management.
9. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in the field of social media management.
10. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our processes and strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification in project management.
3. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
4. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
7. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
8. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
